We stand together today in defense of principled Chiropractic. HB929 which is aimed at expanding the scope of practice of Chiropractors to include prescribing pharmaceuticals.

HB929 is an absolute embarrassment. It is a pathetic attempt to distort and debase the profession. The supporters claim it’s to help patients gain access to drugs to ease pain.

This exposes fundamental flaws with the overall understanding of Chiropractic.

I was raised with the understanding that your name matters. Chiropractic and Chiropractor have a specific meaning! More than just being a doctor, healer or expert. A Chiropractor respects the power that made the body and is focused on clearing interference from the major communicating system of the body.

Pain is a signal, it’s the body’s method of sharing information to aid in the healing process.

Adding chemical interference only serves to interrupt natural communication. With drugs pain may subside temporarily although at what cost? When communication is interrupted the body loses the ability to function.

Chiropractic supports systemic function. Allow the body to thrive through a clear and connected system.
